RETREATS
A Reset Without the Guilt
Many yoga and wellness retreats are just not realistic for people. They require expensive travel arrangements and accommodations, as well as time off from work or away from family.
Our retreats are formed around the idea that everyone deserves a reset without the guilt, which is why we keep our prices reasonable.
In partnership with the Saranam Center for Healing & Transformation, located in the foothills of the Catskills, we bring together informed teachers and facilitators to guide our guests in an environment of peace, surrounded by nature.
If you are looking for a more custom event for your group instead of a pre-planned retreat, we will create a stream-lined process for whatever you can dream up.

I discovered yoga at the age of 14, and fell immediately in love with the physical challenge, as well as the focus and mental clarity I gained on the mat. In 1994, I began practicing as a way to cope with depression and anxiety, eventually realizing that living a yogic lifestyle naturally led me to a fulfilling path of deep transformation, healing and curiosity. This allowed me to release what wasn't aligned with my purpose.
I earned my teaching certification from the Jai Yoga School, where I fell in love with Bhakti, and have since taken additional trainings in Yin and Restorative Yoga, Ayurvedic Asana, Tantra , Somatic Healing, and Cacao.
I believe yoga is an endlessly beautiful way of life, a path to truest love, and the end of the belief in separation. I love to share what I have learned with as many people as possible, while remaining a lifelong student myself. You can expect a welcoming, meaningful, judgement-free class with me that combines the areas of wisdom I've been fortunate enough to explore so far.
