Winter Solstice Workshop

Info:  (Adult Class) This 3 hour workshop offers an opportunity for self-reflection, mindfulness, community & celebration as we complete the shortest day of the year and prepare for longer cycles of sunlight & warmth.  Participants can expect a 1 hour asana practice followed by journaling, meditation, pranayama and group discussion. Tea, Fruit and light snacks will be provided during our break.  50% of registration fee will be donated to the Firehouse.

Kids Yoga Workshop

When:  December 21, 4-6pm

Where: Freehold Volunteer Firehouse

Info:  (Children Only Ages 5+)  

This 2 hour kids only yoga workshop offers an opportunity for kids to decompress as they begin their winter break from school. 

We will focus on self-reflection, mindfulness, community & relaxation.   Participants can expect a short asana practice followed by journaling, meditation, and games. light snacks will be provided.  50% of registration fee will be donated to the Firehouse.

Kids Yoga Summer Camp

When:  July 29 - August 1

Where: Freehold Volunteer Firehouse

Teacher: Angela 

Info:  Kids ages 5- 17 will enjoy practicing Yoga asana, journaling, mindfulness, art projects, gratitude, nature walks and

breathing techniques for 3 hours over a period of 4 days

Cost: $90 per child. Additional siblings in the same house are discounted.

CLASSES

Community Classes at SRV Retreat Center

When: Tuesday Evenings at 6pm

Where: 20 Jennings Rd, Greenville 

Teacher: Angela 

Cost: Free will offering

Info: A one hour class for all ages and levels. We will begin with a nice warm-up followed by a short flow and then cool down for a final meditation. Props and modifications are always available. All donations go directly to the Retreat Center.

Vinyasa at SRV Retreat Center

When: Wednesday Mornings - 9am

Where: 20 Jennings Rd, Greenville 

Teacher: Angela 

Cost: $20

Info:  An energetic, fun, flowing class to get the body moving. Each one hour class will focus on strong movements, breathing techniques, and a little cardio followed by peaceful meditation. Some yoga experience is best, but modifications are available for all levels. Best for those looking to gain flexibility and balance in the mind and body.

Yin at SRV Retreat Center

When: Wednesday Mornings - 10:15am

Info: A slower moving class with longer holds of poses. Yin helps release long-held tension in the body and mind. Great for all levels.

Bi-weekly Classes at the Freehold Volunteer Firehouse

When: Alternating Thursday evenings

Cost: Suggested donation of $10 per person.
