Info:  Join Angela at the beautiful Saranam Center for this 2 day drop-off mini-retreat! 6 total hours over two afternoons of Meditation, Yoga poses, Breathing Techniques, Mindfulness Exercises, Games, Crafts and Journaling. Healthy Snacks will be provided! Ages 5-15 are welcome. 50% deposit due at registration, balance due upon arrival. Puppy Yoga

When:  January 4th, 2PM

Where: Saranam Center

Info: Come to the cutest one hour yoga class in the temple at the Saranam Center! BOARDERline PAWfect will be bringing 10 of their little goldendoodles for you to snuggle. All proceeds are donated to the Saranam Center and go toward providing programs for the community.

Yoga Teacher Retreat

When:  February 20-22

Info: A weekend of wellness and community for Certified Yoga Teachers.  

Offerings include Ayurveda, Sound Healing, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yoga Philosophy, Kirtan, Cacao, Massage and more.

Full weekend and Saturday Day passes available.

CLASSES

Community Classes at Saranam Center

When: Tuesday Evenings at 6pm

Where: 20 Jennings Rd, Greenville

Cost: Suggested minimum donation $10

Info:   This 75 minute class is available to all levels, with a focus on welcoming beginners to yoga. We begin class with a Dharma talk from Chai, followed by asana, pranayama and meditation practice with Angela.  All donations go directly to the Retreat Center.

Beginner Friendly Community Yoga at Saranam Center

When: Sunday Mornings - 11am

Cost: Suggested minimum donation $10

Info:   This one hour class starts with a warm-up, moves through a standing flow and ends with a long savasana.
