Kids Yoga Summer Camp 2025

Where: SRV Retreat Center

Info:  Kids ages 5- 17 will enjoy practicing Yoga asana, journaling, mindfulness, art projects, gratitude, nature walks and

breathing techniques for 3 hours over a period of 4 days

Cost: $75 per child. Additional siblings in the same house are discounted.

Beginner 4 week series

When:  Sundays in February, 11am-12:30pm

Prior registration is required for this 4 week program by January 31st. Sunday mornings from 11-12:30 starting on 2/2 and ending on 2/23.

Beginner Yogis, wannabe yogis, people who don't know what a yogi is, and humans who don't know if their dog is down or up, this is for you! Come spend 4 Sunday mornings with other beginners at the gorgeous temple at the SRV Retreat Center.
You can expect to learn yoga etiquette, basic terminology, beginner poses, breathing techniques, simple meditation, experience a sound bath and more!

Cost: $80

Yoga Kids Club

When:  March 4, 11, 18, 25 4pm-5:30

Where: SRV Retreat Center

Info:  Ages 5 and up, 4 day series. March 4,11,18,25 Children will do a short asana practice, learn breathing techniques, play games and enjoy being "unplugged." Outdoor activities are possible, weather permitting.

Kids Yoga Workshop

When:  December 21, 4-6pm

Where: Freehold Volunteer Firehouse

Info:  (Children Only Ages 5+)  

This 2 hour kids only yoga workshop offers an opportunity for kids to decompress as they begin their winter break from school. 

We will focus on self-reflection, mindfulness, community & relaxation.   Participants can expect a short asana practice followed by journaling, meditation, and games. light snacks will be provided.  50% of registration fee will be donated to the Firehouse. 

Cost: $20

CLASSES

Community Classes at SRV Retreat Center

When: Tuesday Evenings at 6pm

Where: 20 Jennings Rd, Greenville

Cost: Suggested minimum donation $10

Info: A one hour class for all ages and levels. We will begin with a nice warm-up followed by a short flow and then cool down for a final meditation. Props and modifications are always available. All donations go directly to the Retreat Center.

Vinyasa at SRV Retreat Center

When: Wednesday Mornings - 9am

Where: 20 Jennings Rd, Greenville

Cost: $20

Info:  An energetic, fun, flowing class to get the body moving. Each one hour class will focus on strong movements, breathing techniques, and a little cardio followed by peaceful meditation. Some yoga experience is best, but modifications are available for all levels. Best for those looking to gain flexibility and balance in the mind and body.

Info: A slower moving class with longer holds of poses. Yin helps release long-held tension in the body and mind. Great for all levels.

New Moon Yin and Sound Bath

When: On the new moon of each month,

Info:  The new moon is a symbol of new beginnings, closing the door on things that no longer serve you, and being intentional about how you want to move forward. In this practice we will combine yin poses with sound healing by Kate from Balance and Bloom.
