Beginner Yogis, wannabe yogis, people who don't know what a yogi is, and humans who don't know if their dog is down or up, this is for you! Come spend 4 Sunday mornings with other beginners at the gorgeous temple at the SRV Retreat Center.
You can expect to learn yoga etiquette, basic terminology, beginner poses, breathing techniques, simple meditation, experience a sound bath and more!

Yoga Kids Club

Kids Yoga Workshop

This 2 hour kids only yoga workshop offers an opportunity for kids to decompress as they begin their winter break from school.
We will focus on self-reflection, mindfulness, community & relaxation. Participants can expect a short asana practice followed by journaling, meditation, and games. light snacks will be provided. 50% of registration fee will be donated to the Firehouse.

Kids Yoga Summer Camp
